Welcome to the online digital recruitment office, your source for all recruitment needs regarding the organization.  If you are here with thoughts of joining then you have already made a very important step into becoming an ASF family member,  Motivation.  Membership in ASF is not a membership in a Airsoft group, rather, it is an adoption into a family, As you will have to be able to put complete trust in the man watching your back.  So ASF is ready for you, but the real question is, are you ready for ASF?

Some might think of ASF as "too" organized and serious.  This is a common mis-conception due to the professional way our members are taught too present themselves, however ASF is a family first, we are here to have fun and play a sport, while educating ourselves and others around us on combative experience, in fact, we consider ourselves a very laid back unit.

As for recruitment ASF has an open door policy to anyone whom meets the minimum requirements of joining.  However just because everyone is invited doesn't mean they will make the cut, it is up to the individual to gather his or her own motivation, dedication, and commitment to the organization in order to pass all training courses and follow the rules & regulations.  Those unfit or thought to be unfit will be weeded out within the first few weeks of membership, also known as the primary probation period.

There are many different levels of membership and veterancy within the organization, including over a hundred different occupation choices to try out and have fun with. over a hundred ribbons and twenty medals to earn. It is sure to become a fun and thrilling experience.

If by options you mean status of member then your most likely speaking of the occupation system that ASF has devised and used.  Similar to the MOS system used by the united states military except greatly reduced in size and made even more simpler, it has helped fill the jobs that usual teams would have to rely on each other to do, now ASF relies on those who choose to do it.  As a member you can choose to be a regular soldier for the team, and fight on the front lines, or choose to be in the headquarters tents running the operation, to even praying to your lord and spreading the word across the membership by being a war chaplain.  Occupations in ASF are considered to be more similar to "extra curriculum" like within school systems.  All members are soldiers first, however if they want to do something "extra" they choose an occupation and become more involved.

As stated above ASF has an open door policy to new membership.  However there are a few requirements that anyone wishing to join the organization should know.  This includes an obvious age requirement, anyone and everyone knows that an age requirement is something that every single team, unit, or organization shares.  The age requirement for the ASF organization is currently "16".  However ASF understands that age isn't the main issue, maturity is.  It is common sense that an immature person can become the ticking time bomb in any group, and an immature unit creates a non cohesive team, thus creating disaster.  It is because of this that anyone wishing to join ASF under the age of 25 must pass a face to face "maturity Interview".

Now you must be thinking, "well we know the personal requirements, but what about gear and weapons?", well the answer is short and simple, in a way.  You do not need any gear or weapons to join the ASF organization, ASF will equip any member that joins with weapons and uniforms and equipment over their first year of membership.

That is all you need.
